When new customer is created then new mailing templates are created:
- custom message template (for newsletters, custom emails)
- system message template (for emails sent by system, like confirmation of password change).
Edit template in Platform setup > Platform Mailings
- template should not contain text,
- template can't be changed while creating message,
- only default header and default footer can't be changed while editing message.
On level of one competiton default template could be used or cloned and then edited.
One of templates could be used to create message. Messages should be created on custom message template or its clone.
Mailing starts sending when:
- is Active (message is Active after testing)
- after given date Send After
